Towne Street Theatre is proud to announce our Staged Reading Series.

 

Selected plays will be produced as staged readings by the Towne Street Theatre. The goal of the Staged Reading Series is to give new and/or unproduced playwrights an opportunity to "see and hear" the material read by professional actors. New material for the theater to produce is often selected from this series.

 

SUBMISSION RULES

1. One Acts and Full-Length Plays are permissible.

2. You may submit up to three (3) plays.

3. We strongly suggest that you register or copyright your plays.

4. Document containing: Character Breakdown List, Play Summary Paragraph, Length, Play Setting & Time

FORMAT RULES

1. Plays should be in standard play format (size 12 font, courier or new courier type).

2. No hard copies will be accepted. Thank you for helping to save our planet!
