TST and Urban Legend poets are partnering with the charities Five Acres and Para Los Ninos to spread joy to deserving children in the Los Angeles area with a toy drive. Bring in a new, unwrapped toy to donate to a child for the December 9, show and receive $3 dollars off the price of admission. Toy should be suitable for ages 7 – teenager (no violent or weapon-based toys, please).
Don't forget!!! In less than a day the Holiday version of Urban Legends hits the Attic Theater on Sunday, December 9,2012 @ 8pm in Mid-City LA. Get ready for a night of intellect, beauty, savvy, lyrical wisdom and poetic justice. We have a treat in store for you with some of the most talented poets in Los Angeles. The evening features over 10 spoken word artists, including special guest slam poet champion, Matt Sedillo.
