10 Minute Play & Film Festival

The One-of-a-Kind Audience Favorite is BACK!


We are now accepting submissions for our Annual

10 Minute Play Festival which will take place in October 2023.

New this year is the addition of 10 Minute Films.

 

The theme for both is: Something Old or Something New or

Something Borrowed or Something Blue... no weddings please.

 

The festival will take place October 6th - 22nd

at the Stella Adler Theatre in Hollywood.

Deadline for Submissions for both is June 21st.

Cash prizes for both!

Submit to the
PLAY FESTIVAL

  • Plays should be in standard play format.

  • Plays should ONLY be 10 minutes in length.

  • Characters should be no more than four.

  • Submission fee is $10.00 per play.

  • Maximum 2 plays.

  • Cash prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th.

Submit to the
FILM FESTIVAL

  • Film / Pilot must be by a writer, director, AND/OR producer who is a person of color AND/OR feature a POC in the cast and/or storyline.

  • Film/ Pilot must have been completed after January 1, 2020.

  • Film/ Pilot must be submitted via accessible viewing link (Vimeo, YouTube, etc.).

  • Maximum length: 30 minutes

  • Submission fee is $15.00.

  • Maximum 1 film or pilot.

  • Cash prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th.
